KUKICHA GREEN TEA: This organic Kukicha green tea is a twig tea made from first-flush stems and leaf of the green tea plant. Naturally low in caffeine, an ideal green tea for the evenings. SLIGHTLY SWEET: Light green in color, aromatic, with a slightly nutty flavor and honey and citrus tasting notes. Kukicha twig tea is delicately sweet, low in astringency, and full of flavor. JAPANESE ORGANIC TEA: This organic green tea is grown in an award-winning mountainous plantation in Shizuoka, where the perfect climatic conditions exist for organic Japanese tea cultivation. VACUUM-SEALED FRESHNESS: Small batches of our Kukicha green leaf tea are ordered weekly to ensure a long shelf-life, and the organic tea has also been vacuum-sealed to retain optimal freshness.
